Kettlebowl Ski Hill, N6875 Highway 52, Bryant, will have its grand opening for the season this weekend.

“The hill is opening this Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., and it looks like the weather will cooperate with us,” said Dan Auner, Kettlebowl volunteer. “The hill is groomed and looks in good condition. With this additional snow, we should be all set.”

Volunteers worked the last two weeks to get the hill prepared for season.

Casey and Linda from Antigo Ski, will be renting ski and snowboard equipment, $15 for children 5 and younger and $20 for children 6 and older.

Kettlebowl merchandise will also be available for purchase.

There are quarter-zip hoodies for $25, lined knit hats for $10 and baseball caps for $15.

“Keep in mind we do not have an ATM machine and we do not take credit cards, so please plan accordingly,” Auner said.

Lift tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students, $2 for ages 6-12 and free for anyone 5 and younger.

“As always, we are looking for volunteers, so stop in and see how you can help out,” said Auner.
