Shane Krueger of Krueger Excavating Inc. and the maintenance crew of Kettlebowl ski area recently tackled the job of reshaping one of the runs for an improved terrain park.
A mild jump located toward the top along with a half pike and knocking the kinks out of the jumps at the bottom will give the adventurous a little more fun on the hill.
With a couple of tow rope poles to repair along with the normal chores on the hill and in the chalet, officials should be ready for the cold weather to set in.
A few volunteers retired from the hill this summer, so there are openings for a volunteer scheduler, hill patrol and on the maintenance crew.
