For the first time, Kettlebowl Ski Hill is hosting a Volunteer Day to show appreciation for all past, present and future volunteers.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.

During this day, current and past volunteers are encouraged to bring new friends who’d be interested in volunteering at the Kettlebowl Ski Hill, N6875 Highway 52 in Bryant.

All the maintenance done at the ski hill is done by volunteers, from keeping things clean and operable to shopping for supplies and patrolling for everyone’s safety.

This day will not be open to the public, as volunteers will be skiing and snowboarding to get any kinks worked out of the tow ropes and setting up the chalet.

A lunch will be provided for volunteers as well. Anyone with questions should make contact thorough the ski hill’s Facebook page.
